Awakening Prayer Lives

Father I thank you that you are awakening us to a life of unwavering prayer. Let not our mouths be silent of the wonderful blessings and miracles you do for us on a daily basis. Let us not grow weary of giving you praise crying out for the greatest awakening like never before being ushered in to the earth. God let us never grow cold of seeing thy kingdom come, thy will be done!
I pray that a generation of believers become touched by the living word of God to cry out in prayer to you again. I pray that millions of your people god would fall on their face and meet you at the throne. May a mighty collective sound roar and rattle the heavens with cries for restoration and healing by your hands! May the very power of the Lord jesus Christ fill our bellies with prayer. May the spirit of god give utterance to those unknowing how and what to pray. God we call upon you the Everlasting God to come and pour out a fresh awakening to our spirit that we might cry out ABBA FATHER and begin to move your heart with our fervent prayers of love, truth, faithfulness and dedication. God will you come and sweep through the houses of those sleeping and awaken them now by the hand of your angles. May you touch the hearts of those bound in religious practice that have never experienced your supernatural touch and power. God would you come and make your place in our homes, churches and cities again! Come Holy Spirit!
AWAKENING PRAYER LIVES
When we align ourselves to worship, prayer and fasting we will see the movement of God's hand. His gavel of Justice will come down and his power will be seen in his mighty manifestations in the earth. Why as a Nation and a people of faith not seeing breakthrough and God's manifestation? PRAYER.
How is your prayer life? Do you struggle? Do you wonder if God is listening? Do you feel like when you pray nothing happens? Are you looking to spark your prayer life back to life with a fresh oil and power to cry out to God?
THE Lord Jesus has told us that if we keep His words He will manifest Himself to us (John 14:21). It is by our faithfulness to God's word that we see the manifestational power in our government, cities, churches and industries. There are certain conditions which must be observed by us if we would have manifestations of, and from the Lord.
The manifestation of His power is conditional upon our waiting on the Lord in prayer (Acts 1:8, 14; 2:4).
The manifestation of His joy is conditional upon our abiding in Christ (John 15:10-11).
The manifestation of His peace is conditional upon carefulness for nothing, prayerfulness in everything, and thankfulness for anything (Phil. 4:6-7).
The manifestation of His knowledge is conditional upon doing God's will (John 7:17).
The manifestation of His purpose is conditional upon walking with the Lord (Psalm 103:7).
The manifestation of His love is based upon dwelling in God (1 John 4:16).
The manifestation of His glory is given to those who are taught by the Holy Spirit (1 Cor. 2:9-10).
The heart of prayer is to see the hand of God move. Prayer is the key to power. We must pray and wait for God to cloth us with his power. Continually we must pursue the fresh power of baptism that comes from the Holy Spirit. It is not just a one time thing, it is a lifestyle in which we teach out children, equip our churches and demonstrate throughout the world. When we are facing the power of darkness in our lives no matter what it may be our source of power is the covenant we have in Christ Jesus. Christ taught us how to pray and how to navigate in the realms of the spirit as we walk in the spirit. We must be willing to look at his prayer life to have ours awaken and filled with fire that would consume God's temple.
The characteristics of the prayer of Christ are:―
It was a lonely prayer. He withdrew Himself about a stone's cast from His disciples, as He went to prayer (Luke 22:41).
It was a humble prayer. In Mark, we are told Christ “knelt,” and in Matthew, that He fell upon His face. The attitude of His body in an indication of the posture of His spirit.
It was a filial prayer. He does not say here, as He did afterwards, “My God,” & but “Abba Father.” The former reminds of God's dealing in judgment with sin: the latter is the Father making known His will (Mark 14:36).
It was an earnest prayer (Luke 22:44; Heb. 5:7).
It was a repeated prayer. He used “the same words” (Matthew 26:44).
It was a persevering prayer. He prayed three times (Matt. 26:44).
It was a resigned prayer. “Not My will,” & (Luke 22:42). “‘My will, not Thine, be done,' turned Paradise into a desert; and ‘Thy will, not Mine be done,' turned the desert into a Paradise.”
It was an answered prayer. In Luke 22:43, we are told an angel came and strengthened Him.
Jesus taught us how to pray. And yes there are many times of prayer (in which we will expound on throughout our blog) However, if you need to activate your spiritual tongue and your heart of prayer say this powerful pray with us today:
THE Lord's Prayer may be summed up as follows:—

Usefulness. A servant employed. “Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven."
Provision. A beggar fed. “Give us this day our daily bread.”
Pardon. A sinner absolved. “And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.”
Safety. A pilgrim guided. “And lead us not into temptation.”
Victory. A soldier succoured. “But deliver us from evil.”
Testimony. A witness's confession. “For Thine is the kingdom.”
Supply. A weakling empowered. “The power.”
Praise. A chorister's song. “And the glory.”
Assurance. A saint's belief. “For ever.”
